We are hiring for a Full-Time Commission Systems Analyst at our downtown campus.

About the Role

In this role you will ensure commissions for Nu Skin's distributors are calculated and paid correctly worldwide. This includes analyzing, documenting, testing, auditing, and implementing changes to the commissions processes and systems. You will oversee all data transfers to and from the corporate commission system. You will manage all inquiry/update programs and reporting tools associated with the commissions production and testing environments.

What you will do...

  • Verify all data that will impact the commissions processes is accurate, current, and complete.

  • Partner with IT on commissions software development

  • Coordinate with market IT and business personnel to ensure data needed for commissions calculation, dissemination and reporting is current and accurate

  • Coordinate commissions related development for basic changes: documenting requirements, testing changes, creating auditing procedures, implementing, auditing and verifying production results, training, and post implementation reporting

  • Performs audits and creates documentation to ensure compliance in all areas

  • Ensure integrity of commission data on all production systems

Why we're excited about you

  • Bachelor's degree required, with Information Technology related background preferred; or equivalent experience (3 years analyst experience preferred)

  • Experience with XML preferred

  • Experience with SQL or other query languages preferred

  • Ability to understand business requests and create business requirement documentation

  • Strong technical writing abilities and experience preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several concurrent project deliverables

  • Ability to meet milestones under minimal supervision required

  • Operational knowledge of general software development methodologies preferred
