Commercial/Residential Plumber

Media Real Estate is seeking a full-time Maintenace Technician Plumber to add to our service team The ideal candidate will have prior plumbing experience, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure. Why Work With Us?

Proficiency in Plumbing and Electrical Work: Skilled in handling a wide range of plumbing and electrical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities. Excellent Customer Service Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents and address their needs promptly and professionally. Efficient Handling of Resident Service Requests: Ability to manage and resolve service requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner.

Timely Completion of Work and Repair Orders: Commitment to completing work and repair orders within established timeframes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Performance of Routine Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent potential issues and ensure the longevity of building systems. Maintenance of Material and Supply Inventory: Keep track of inventory levels and ensure that necessary materials and supplies are always available.

Oversight of Work Performed by Outside Contractors: Monitor and coordinate the work of external contractors to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Assistance with Other Business Demands as Needed:

Flexibility to support other areas of the business as required, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of operations. Qualifications : Valid Journeyman Plumber/Gas Fitter License preferred, but not required. Prior plumbing experience Current Backflow Certification preferred, but not required.
