Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and process customer service inquiries with professionalism.
Greet customers and act as their primary contact throughout the repair process.
Deliver exceptional customer service, providing updates on status, completion times, service expenses, and changes.
Manage the entire sales and repair process to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
Offer concierge support for all inquiries, ensuring no customer is mishandled.
Provide detailed knowledge of products and services, and answer questions about vehicle characteristics and operations.
Create and close work orders for services rendered.
Identify and recommend additional sales or parts as needed.
Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role, with a solid understanding of automobiles.
