Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process customer service inquiries with professionalism.

• Greet customers and act as their primary contact throughout the repair process.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, providing updates on status, completion times, service expenses, and changes.

• Manage the entire sales and repair process to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.

• Offer concierge support for all inquiries, ensuring no customer is mishandled.

• Provide detailed knowledge of products and services, and answer questions about vehicle characteristics and operations.

• Create and close work orders for services rendered.

• Identify and recommend additional sales or parts as needed.

• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role, with a solid understanding of automobiles.
