Commercial Technology - Senior Lead

Job Description:

This role provides global cross-segment leadership for the end-to-end transformation of Mars' Commercial (Procurement Source to Pay processes). Scope includes partnering with Commercial process owners, business leaders, segment Functional Experts, and DT teams to deliver business transformation at scale, deploy processes and IT tools against 2-3 years roadmaps with a focus on implementing and improving new and existing capabilities.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in IT Commercial (Procurement) or related IT discipline

• Experience leading global, digital, business facing transformation programs in a functional/technical role

• Vendor management and Budget Management experience

• Stakeholder Relationship Management of functional experts

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Responsible for the creation and deployment of global IT capabilities which are aligned with the functional & segment strategies, engaging functional business partnership and utilizing development, deployment and core services as appropriate.

• Establish and deliver global transformation programs that develop and/or deploy new global capabilities

• Responsible for building and maintaining a high performing project teams, providing functional management to business process, information and functional/technical experts as well as development and deployment resources.
