Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $19.04 - $28.51/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist Commercial customers with redemption appointments and provide exceptional customer service

• Responsible for reviewing redemption packets ensuring that they contain specific forms per client agreements, and preparing the paperwork physically for auditing and storage.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely job completion and resolve any issues that arise

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the As400 database with relevant information

• Handle internal and external claims and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction

• Maintain a large volume of calls, emails, and documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of quality and confidentiality for our clients.

• Manage customer concerns on the Pure Genesis phone system

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of PC software applications (i.e., MS Office and Excel), knowledge of AS400 is a plus!

• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor, organizing workspace, frequently switching tasks, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work

• Ability to type, sit, stand, bend, reach, and pull for long periods of time

• Ability to lift or push up to 35 pounds

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines

• Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs, including occasional holidays and weekends
