Commercial Services Officer

Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Commercial Services Officer to join our team. The Commercial Services Officer is responsible for performing functions necessary to accelerate growth and provide quality service regarding all commercial services products and services. This position works with management in the implementation of commercial services products and ensures their proper delivery to commercial customers, and processes and validates all commercial services product setups. The position requires accountability for the timeliness and accuracy of entire process from receipt of request to completion.

Essential Functions Include:

• Generate fee income in support of individual and bank goals by actively selling and promoting commercial services products and services to new and existing customers.

• Provides commercial services product and service support to commercial bank customers. Collaborate with bank sales personnel for client discussions and on-site demonstrations involving commercial services product and service selection.

• Implements services for customers, handles customers' requests for service and identifies customer issues that require research and follow through

• Provides customer training for commercial service products.

• Monitors and reviews customer usage of commercial services products and services and makes recommendations for change and implementation of new functionality to management as necessary.

• Maintain strong audit practices, logs of tasks performed including implementations and calls, and complete documentation of actions.

• Actively promotes and develops cross sale opportunities for all business lines to include Wye Financial, lending and deposits.

• Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Company's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Full-time.

• Non-exempt.

• Days of Work: Monday-Friday.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• 3 years of experience successfully providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 years of experience in banking field.
• 3 years of experience in sales.
• 3 years of experience in merchant products.

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $96,700 - $105,000 annually.

• Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
