The Georgia World Congress Center is currently seeking a Part Time Commercial Service Representative to join our team. The Commercial Service Representative shall be responsible for the processing of exhibitor service orders, collection of monies, ongoing audits of orders/monies, communication and interaction with customers and staff whom are providing services. This position is critical to maintaining the highest reputation for customer services known in the industry. Additionally they shall perform routine clerical, accounting, office and other duties as assigned. Good communication, strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members is of utmost importance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process exhibitor service orders, collect monies, audit orders/monies, communicate and interact with customers and staff to provide the highest level of customer services as deemed possible.
Process payment audits as required.
Create and maintain files as required.
Prepare Event Work Orders as required.
Assist with compilation of labor reports and event histories as directed.
Maintain a professional image, which represents the philosophy of the Georgia World Congress Center with emphasis upon providing the highest level of customer service as deemed acceptable.
Staff switchboard as directed.
Position requires working an irregular schedule and work assignments in order to effectively perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Position requires the performance of work assignments, which may not be directly related to job specifications.

Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative
Ability to multi-task & work under pressure with limited resources
High degree of integrity and compliance
Ability to build and maintain customer focused relationships with internal and external customers
Thoroughness in task approach, follow-up & completion;
Excellent computer skills
Assess, weigh and manage risk in the face of uncertainty
Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for developing sales principles and techniques
Ability to communicate effectively and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum high school education or General education (GED)
A minimum of two (2) years experience in an accounting or customer service related position
Experience may serve as a substitute for education based on two (2) years' experience for one (1) year of experience
