Wisconsin Building Supply, the premiere building materials supply company in Wisconsin, is looking for commercial coordinator for our commercial sales division, located in our Appleton Yard at 222 Lilas Street. This is a full time position, M-F, days. This position has a rich benefit package including health benefits, 401k, vacation and sick pay.
Commercial Coordinator & Sales Support
Source pricing and availability from vendors for non-stock estimates items.
Finalize estimates by filling in non-stock pricing items.
Maintain log of current vendor pricing on commonly quoted product lines.
Entering estimates into pricing software for commercial projects.
Provide primary Sales Support to commercial projects in Appleton market.
Place and track orders with vendors.
Schedule deliveries with trucking.
Assist salesman in customer service phone calls and e-mails.
Schedule estimating work with component plant and outside vendors.
Keeping sales informed on upcoming bid dates & status of bids from vendors.
Provide backup Sales Support to commercial projects outside of Appleton as needed.
Assist Salesman/Managers in bid scope prepping and bid pricing.
Downloading plans from various websites and online plan rooms (ex; iSqFt, Dropbox, Blueprint Solutions, Grade-Beam, etc.).
Obtaining spec books or sections of spec books needed for estimators scope of work.
Organizing incoming plans for bid by estimating team.
Work with Estimating Manager to coordinating bid scope and due dates.
Creating estimate job files.
Writing all incoming bids on WI Share-Point site and Commercial Calendar.
Printing/Copying plans when needed.
Track project values in estimate log.
Assist in tracking estimate success rates.
Handle all office supply needs when required.
Support all commercial sales with vendor information and contacts for ordering product
Support Commercial Sales with business functions need to grow sales.
