Looking for B2B experience & strong self-generating skills This job covers Alachua & Surrounding counties Responsibilities Job Purpose: Complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes for McCall Commercial service offerings to prospective customers.

Ensure completion of documentation to align with McCall standards. Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc. Communicate value of service and transition prospects to McCall customers Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers Attend all McCall Service continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance.

Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle.
