What You Will Be Doing

Estimate job costs and submit proposals for review

Understand all processes of job from acquisition to fulfillment

Review and approve invoices, material slips, purchase orders, contracts and proposals to ensure accuracy

Responsible for all service estimating duties, including but not limited to bids, pricing and change orders

Attend pre-bid meetings and visit job sites

Secure pricing from vendors

Develop relationships with owners, contractors and suppliers

Resolve disputes with clients

Track labor and material costs of jobs

Work closely with Service Department representatives, Operations and job Crew Leaders

Additional duties as assigned

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience in the commercial roofing industry

High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred

High level of problem-solving ability, with a strong emphasis on managing difficult customers

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Superior communication and time management skills

Working knowledge of mechanical drawings, with the ability to read specifications and plans

Ability to handle a variety of duties with minimal supervision
