We are experiencing growth and expanding our sales force. We are seeking a highly motivated, professional Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to develop business with new clients and manage existing accounts, specifically in the Greater Los Angeles area. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate strategically delivered client-focused roofing solutions based on customer needs. We are looking for a professional to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-bid meetings & job walks

• Explain products and services to customers

• Maintain new and existing accounts

• Enter and process change orders

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Prospecting

• Networking

Qualifications

5 years experience in commercial roofing sales and other related fields

• Knowledgeable in a variety of roofing systems

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to build rapport with customers

• Self-motivated and Team Player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong negotiation skills
