Commercial Roofing Foreman

Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial roofing. We recently opened up a new location in Laguna Hills, CA, and are expanding our commercial roofing expertise to that market.

Bartlett Roofing's Production Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. Acting as a first-line response to our customers, you will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start.

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our roofing replacement services. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and possess the expertise to handle a variety of roofing issues, we want to hear from you!

Pay Range: $55,000-75,000 annually DOE

Job Type: Full-Time. This is not a remote position.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of lifting a ladder and comfortable getting on and off roofs.

• Must have at least 5 years of Commercial Roofing experience.

• 1-2 years of Construction Experience is strongly preferred.

• Must be able to work full-time, M-F 7:00 am-4:00 pm

• Clean Driving Record.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; strong organizational skills.

• Highly solution-oriented and ethical.

You're an experienced roofer, repairman, and innovator with dedicated experience in roofing and construction. You preferably have experience in repairs, maintenance, and general labor with a focus on commercial flat roofing products.

What You'll Do

• Function as a Supervisor to hold the crew to the high expectation of job completion in a clean and timely manner.

• Help with the coordination, delivery, installation, etc. of commercial installations.

• Determine the repair issues, come up with solutions, and perform repairs.

• Recruit, hire, oversee, maintain, and develop all subcontractors within your assigned region.

• Oversee the onboarding, training, and establishment of expectations for subcontractor crews within your assigned region.

• Complete inspection forms to document the crew's tear-off & installation process.

• Complete final inspections on every job to verify the completion of projects.

• Pick up materials from suppliers when necessary.

• Determine issue resolution with customers and crews as needed.

• Pull permits for any applicable jobs.

• Be available to be on-site for any city inspections with the city inspector.

• Work hand in hand with managers and the administration in the Production Department to resolve any major issues.

• Travel to warranty & repair jobs when necessary to see the issues firsthand and report back to the Project Coordinator and Estimating.

• Work directly with the team in the market to ensure returns, materials, labor, etc. are properly accounted for.

• Upkeep company truck, ensuring it stays clean with no excess materials staying in the truck for more than a week.
