Job Details: - $70,000-$75,000 annual salary DOE - Based in Tempe, AZ 85283

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman or similar role.

• Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement timely solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

• Valid driver's license. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead field team of roofers, providing guidance, instruction, and support throughout projects.

• Plan and organize work schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and project deadlines are met.

• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.

• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and asphalt shingles.

• Inspect and assess roofs for damage, leaks, or other issues, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, and project progress.
