Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project Manager

They pride themselves on their commitment to integrity and accountability, ensuring every project is completed with precision, on time, and within budget.Position Summary:They are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive project estimations, assessing costs for materials, labor, and timeframes to prepare detailed and accurate bids.
• Manage all project phases, from initial design and material selection to installation and final handover, ensuring adherence to specifications and client expectations.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Lead project teams, including in-house staff and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Utilize advanced project management and estimation software to enhance workflow and project outcomes.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, implementing solutions that maintain project integrity and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in commercial roofing and waterproofing, with a minimum of 5 years in estimation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing solutions, and construction processes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong professional relationships.
