Commercial / Residential Roofing Site Supervisor

Apple Roofing is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Residential / Commercial Roofing Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion in various commercial roofing projects with the highest level of quality and efficiency. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, as well as tracking project milestones and deliverables. The candidate must maintain effective communication with all stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with production team, sales team and customers to complete commercial roofing repairs.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines on job sites.
• Inspect and assess damaged roofing systems to determine the required repairs.
• Perform repairs on various types of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Ensure adherence to Apple Roofing's quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle any unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise during the repair process.

Requirements

• Must have experience in residential and commercial roofing repair systems.
• Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and repair techniques.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual is a plus
