InRoads Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to join the Commercial Department Team in Scappoose.

At the heart of every InRoads Credit Union position is a relationship built between the employee and the members they serve (internally and externally). Credit Union employees understand members trust and rely on their assistance daily; the employees goal, to go above and beyond to make their members day easier.

The role of the Commercial Relationship Manager is to promote business development opportunities within the organizations field of membership while assisting existing members with their commercial lending and business banking needs. The Commercial Relationship Manager must work closely with all members of the Commercial Department team and collaborate with all departments in order to ensure top quality member service.

Requests must be handled accurately, and in a timely manner. A strong understanding of lending regulations and credit union policies and procedures related to commercial lending is required. A high level of professionalism and excellent attention to detail is required for success in this role.

Ideally, a good fit in this role would be someone that embraces credit unions, community and feel a connection with InRoads Credit Union. A strong candidate would be able to align themselves with the credit union brand as they work towards department and organizational goals.

InRoads Credit Union is seeking qualified applicant with 5 or more years of business development or similar experience (preference given to those with a financial background and/or commercial lending). A bachelors degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or a combination of education and experience is required. This position needs someone that is detailed oriented, is highly accurate with work results, can adhere to strict deadlines, is professional and is a proficient team member.

A strong candidate must have exceptional communication skills and have consistent follow-through. A likely candidate can maintain composure under pressure, is a problem solver that is able to quickly analyze situations and make decisions, leading to optimal outcomes. This position requires an individual with the ability to create momentum that fosters growth within the organization. Additionally, an established COI/Referral or portfolio network is preferred.

An individual in this position will be required to work flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends and may involve travel throughout InRoads membership area.

This position will be posted until filled; however, the first review date is scheduled for April 19, 2019.
