Contribute to the profitability and growth of Fulton Financial Corporation by building, developing and managing new and existing client relationships with small businesses with one to five million dollars in revenues. Coordinate loan, deposit and fee income products and services appropriate to the needs of the client. Seek opportunities to network.

Responsibilities Essential Duties

  • Provide annual relationship reviews to understand client's needs, small businesses with 1-5 Million dollars in revenue, and future plans in order to identify appropriate loan, deposit or other financial service opportunities. Utilize the Bank proposal system to provide value added options to clients.

    Facilitate prompt, courteous and satisfactory problem resolution. Take proactive, appropriate measures to retain loan and deposit balances, when desirable. Foster a collaborative Team approach with Fulton Partners and Retail Relationship Managers to enhance client relationships.

    Exemplify the delivery of a superior customer experience. Participate in joint calling efforts for existing and prospective customers with Retail Relationship Managers, Fulton Partners and Senior Management.

  • Identify, source, maintain and develop small business customers and prospects with lending, deposit and other financial service needs. Utilize Bank proposal system to share the Fulton Financial Corporation story and showcase the bank's products, services and employees.

    Identify new loan, deposit and other financial service opportunities within existing client base during regular client meetings. Ability to source a credit opportunity, negotiate mutually agreeable terms, navigate the credit underwriting and approval process, document the loan and execute the closing. Develop strategies to attract and retain high value Centers of Influence such as Attorneys, Accountants, Community Leaders, Chamber of Commerce, EDC's, Realtors, Insurance Agents, Title Companies.

    Create value add experiences for clients and prospective clients. Entertain clients, and prospective clients in an acceptable manner that builds rapport, trust and creditability. Active participation in sales oriented meetings and functions with colleagues.

  • Ensure credit review and risk rating practices are continuous, complete and accurate. Gather and review all required financial and related company, industry, management data to monitor on going credit worthiness and risk rating accuracy.

    Monitor management reports to address line reaffirmations, loan maturities, delinquencies, and exceptions. Establish action plans for troubled credits and or work with Special Assets Department to resolve problem loans in an efficient manner to protect the bank's investment. Timely and proactive management of loan databases.

    Watch list reports, Asset Quality reporting as directed by Senior Management. Timely resolution to loan documentation and technical exceptions. Compliant with all regulatory and bank risk compliance matters. Work with the team members within the Business Loan Center in the decision making process.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Business Management. (Required)

1 or more years Commercial Credit, Commercial banking, Consumer, or Small Business credit experience. (Required)
1 or more years Knowledgeable in fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of business banking. Understands Credit underwriting and has extensive partner knowledge and deposit gathering experience. (Required)

Position Title: Relationship Advisor 3 - Retirement Services Group Business Unit: WM - FNTC Reports to: Director of Retirement Services Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for providing the highest quality service to personal, corporate, non-profit or government clients through the administration of various types of investment management relationships and serves as the client advocate, performs relationship and investment reviews and interfaces with clients for other Wealth Management (WM) services and solutions creating a single advisor within WM. The incumbent is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for the overall client experience, satisfaction and retention. Primary Responsibilities: Prepares and presents group and individual employee education meetings. Provides retirement industry expertise to the plan committee and the participants. Identifies and matches client and participant needs with the corporation's lines of business services. Coordinates overall service and interfaces with record keepers and third party administrators as appropriate. Maintains collaborative relationships with portfolio managers without actual portfolio management responsibilities. Works closely with portfolio managers to discuss investment needs of client and manages accordingly. Provides investment oversight and guidance by providing industry updates, investment reviews and plan updates. Proactively seeks opportunities either through enhancement of current client accounts or acquisition of new clients. Stays current on regulatory changes and identifies changes in laws which will affect assigned accounts and reports theses changes to assigned manager.
