You will be responsible for working directly with the WM USA Banking Group Commercial Real Estate Product Team, Origination and Underwriting supporting the administration of the balance sheet lending program ensuring key procedures and controls are followed. Additionally, the Process Manager will work directly with key stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance) and be expected identify, report on and remedy any deficiencies across the front to back process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Controls Assist management with adherence to Key Process Controls and Quality Assurance and Quality Control on loan level due diligence and file documentation completeness.

  • Reporting and Analysis Prepare reports for management; track and report on all exceptions to existing processes and suggest changes to procedures to improve efficiency.

  • Regulatory Compliance Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with KYC/AML, and Regulations, including, but not limited to, B, O, W and HMDA.

  • Risk Management Monitor and report on exceptions to underwriting guidelines and on any loan modifications, delinquencies and loss mitigation activities.
