Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Our AmLaw Top 250 client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their New York or New Jersey Offices with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings and leasing. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.

The position includes direct contact with attorneys, clients and other professionals. Candidates must be detail oriented and have strong problem-solving and planning/organizational skills. Requirements 5 years of experience required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel College degree and/or paralegal certificate Benefits Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $76,500 to 162,500
