Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Job Responsibilities: Assist with commercial real estate closings Review title and survey Revise and review lease amendments and other documents Organize and maintain files and prepare closing documents Research real property tax and ownership information Manage post-closing process Qualifications: 3 years of commercial real estate experience Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred Paralegal Certification preferred Proficient in MS Office applications and SoftPro Superior organizational, writing and communication skills This well-respected and established firm offers a collaborative work environment and a strong compensation package, as well as benefits such as medical coverage, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and 401k.
