To Apply for this Job Click Here A national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their Fort Lauderdale office. The Real Estate Paralegal collects, analyzes, organizes and maintains factual information and documents in accordance with correct legal practice and procedure.

They must be able to handle a moderate volume of commercial real estate closings from contract to closing, to drafting and understanding commercial real estate transactions. Will be responsible for the preparation of seller's documents, review of title, review of surveys, preparation of title commitments and policies, estoppel letters, payoffs pre and post-closing matters; ordering all appropriate lien searches, preparing title commitment and satisfy Schedule B-I title conditions and reviewing Schedule B-II title exceptions.
