Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Our client mid-size firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney for a growing practice. This role will be work be empowered to work in their commercial real estate practice handling a variety of complex matters.

These include leasing and purchase-and-sale transactions with respect to raw land, improved property, multifamily projects, shopping and retail centers, restaurants, gas stations and medical facilities. The also work on real estate finance transactions, such as loans related to all aspects of the real estate development. The role will also support joint-venture transactions and private offerings. Key factors: 4 years in Commercial Real Estate w/ focus with emphasis on all aspects/parties of complex land deals (not just lease reviews) Billable hours experience (billables target is 1800 annually) All associates are targeted for partner with a history of successfully promoting to partner Equity potential in the future for those interested Ability to work independently in hybrid setting after on-boarding About the Culture Great culture with stable, growing firm that offers big law opportunity with small law lifestyle Tight knit, fun culture Diversified client offering stability & broad experience Never had a RIF even during COVID
