LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a sophisticated law firm located in Baltimore, MD in its search for a commercial real estate associate attorney The associate can expect to assist on a variety of commercial real estate transactional matters, including affordable housing and LIHTC transactions dealing directly with developers, investors, and syndicators. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of relevant experience, a juris doctorate degree, and be licensed and in good standing to practice law in any state. $165K salary (based on experience), before bonuses and benefits. 1750 billable hours targeted.
