Why join us? Competitive Salary Bonus Structure Job Details Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents related to commercial real estate.

Advise clients on legal issues related to real estate transactions and development projects. Manage due diligence processes, including title reviews, surveys, and environmental reports. Assist in commercial real estate closings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Provide legal advice to developers, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions. Handle commercial real estate litigation, if necessary. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and development teams, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate law. Strong knowledge of real estate finance, land use, zoning, and development.

Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:

Experience with real estate development and land use. Familiarity with commercial lending and loan documents. Strong business acumen and understanding of the real estate market.
