Commercial Property Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in South Florida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Oversee property budgets, including expense management and financial reporting. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

Negotiate lease agreements and manage lease administration activities. Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to address property issues promptly. Ensure timely collection of rent and manage tenant accounts.

Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant retention. Prepare reports on property performance and present to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus A minimum of [1] year of experience in commercial property management.
