Commercial Property Manager Englewood, CO 80112 We’re a fast-growing property management company looking for a skilled Commercial Property Manager to handle the daily operations of our Denver Metro and Front Range commercial properties. Property Management: Oversee financials, operations, and tenant relations for multiple commercial sites Budgeting & CAM Reconciliation: Prepare budgets, monitor finances, and ensure accurate reconciliations Lease Management:

Handle lease renewals, negotiations, and compliance Tenant & Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for tenants and clients, managing issues and fostering strong relationships Vendor & CapEx Management: Coordinate with vendors and oversee capital improvement projects Emergency Response:

Available for after-hours calls and urgent issues QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 5 years in commercial property management License: Active real estate license or ability to obtain within 3–6 months Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Skyline experience preferred. Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations experience required Other: Reliable vehicle required; emergency availability necessary BENEFITS:
