The Commercial Property Manager (PM) is a positive, energetic and outgoing self-starter who has excellent sales and marketing abilities, along with a customer first attitude. The PM aggressively contributes to profitability by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships, and by being committed to customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES The PM position is responsible for the overall appearance of the property along with the leasing of executive suites, industrial buildings, self-storage and parking spaces. This includes the day to day operations of the property, high quality sales calls, tenant/vendor relationships, overseeing maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services and more. You will also quickly respond to the needs of all tenants and manage the delinquency process.
A successful candidate will have experience in Project management (managing vendors, budgeting and exceeding goals) and at least 2 years of retail experience. You will work closely with Sr. leadership, including weekly conference calls to review strategy, capital improvements and operational progress. The PM and their team will be responsible for a multi-million dollar operation. This location is subject to both city and county inspections, so following local ordinance is critical.
