Key Responsibilities Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by emphasizing and embodying the cultural values of Tadlock Roofing.

Review and plan roofing projects including creating a project plan that focuses on Safety and OTD (On Time Delivery). Estimate roofing projects by providing bids that encompass the requested scope of work and offer accurate labor numbers, ensuring profitability. Maintain continuous communication with both current and upcoming projects to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently met. Manage project timelines and facilitate effective communication with the Commercial Team to ensure comprehensive awareness and alignment among all team members.

Demonstrated ability to allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials, to guarantee timely completion of projects. Ability to implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all workers and ensure regulatory compliance. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet when faced with unforeseen anomalies during roofing projects.

Monitor and manage project expenses meticulously to ensure adherence to budget, implementing cost-saving processes when available. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Roofing industry skills and knowledge. Commercial construction experience.
