Commercial Project Manager (Roofing)

My client is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with verifiable experience in commercial roofing. We have been a trusted name in the roofing industry since 1954 and are committed to providing top-notch service to our clients. Office located in Hollywood, FL. Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish

• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resources

• Communicate with clients, subcontractors and other team members

• Manage superintendent(s)

• Ensure all projects meet Osha Safety and quality standards

• Improvise, overcome and adapt to any situation that arises during a project

• Resolve any issues or delays promptly and efficiently Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction project management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Must be detail oriented

• Experienced in the application of all types of roofs

• Ability to read and enforce roofing plans

• Level-headed with the ability to stay calm under pressure
