Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to concepts to college level algebra and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer literate, utilizing necessary software proficiently including Online Construction Software (Foundation Construction Management Software experience a positive), Microsoft Project, Asana, Slack, Excel, and all Microsoft applications. Qualifications: College degree in Construction or Engineering preferred but not required. A minimum of ten years' experience preferred in a variety of different types of construction methods and contractual delivery methods.
