Commercial Project Manager - Heavy Steel

Based in Lehi, Utah, we offer local and national support to large clients and customers with second to none customer service and consultation in the construction process from design to finish.

We're growing and looking for a Project Manager with some steel and commercial construction experience in Lehi, UT to help us scale. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project objectives and ensure all parties are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders. Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues in a proactive manner.

Manage project resources, including staffing, equipment, and materials, and ensure they are utilized efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the steel construction industry. Solid understanding of steel fabrication, steel erection, and commercial construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
