Commercial Project Manager

We are currently in need of Project Managers and PE's that have experience overseeing ground up commercial projects that is at least 15Million. • Assure project abides by all environmental safety awareness and compliance

• Support and further the company culture, values, Key Results and quality management

• Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to all stakeholders

• Provide day to day direction and oversight of project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials

• Successfully integrate resources, activities, and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan What You Need for this Position At least 5 years of Project Management experience Bachelors preferred but not required Familiar with using Procore and Microsoft Must be familiar with commercial projects such as hotels, multifamily, office buildings and K-12.
