Commercial Project Manager

Job Description: Commercial Project Manager Position Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of technology-related projects within the life sciences sector. This role involves managing several platforms and initiatives, including Salesforce, Veeva, and various data management systems. Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Launch Preparation: Coordinate efforts to ensure smooth commercial launches, managing deadlines and deliverables effectively. Initiative Management:

Leads Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of managing leads from various systems, ensuring seamless integration and effective propagation through platforms. Consent Management RFP:

Lead the RFP process for selecting the optimal consent management platform, including gathering requirements, compiling RFP responses, and managing deadlines for launch readiness. Leased Emails: Manage the integration of leased emails from vendors into various systems via FTP, ensuring smooth data flow and integration with platforms such as Salesforce.

Day-to-Day Management: Oversee roadmap management, project execution, risk assessment, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and adherence to project charters. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in managing commercial technology projects, particularly within the life sciences industry.

Skills: Strong project management capabilities, with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Agile Knowledge:
