Commercial Pool Construction Project Manager- Multifamily Developer/Builder- Base Salary to 95k/year- Orlando, FL

• Our client is a fully integrated real estate development and investment management firm that has grown to become one of the largest multifamily developers in the United States.
• Currently, they are seeking a Commercial Pool Construction Project Manager to join their team and support their continuing growth. The Commercial Pool Construction Project Manager will oversee the construction of pools within their residential communities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing all aspects of pool construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of pool construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate and manage pool inspections.
• Build pool schedules in collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Prepare estimates for purchase materials.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Source and oversee subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Commercial Pool Builder highly preferred. Equivalent education and experience accepted.
• 5+ years’ of experience in commercial pool construction project management.
• Ability to read building plans proficiently.
• Knowledge of local codes.
• Previous experience leading/organizing subcontractors.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Autodesk)
• Ability to travel throughout the state of FL is required.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 95k/year
• Company vehicle with fuel card
