Commercial Plumbing Service Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a very well-respected company on a variety of commercial service projects with an unbelievable amount of potential for growth Responsibilities : - Quote projects/services to customers.

• Hire technicians.

• Evaluate and grow customer base.

• Manage regional expenses.

• Negotiate pricing with vendors and equipment suppliers.

• Inspects the condition of existing plumbing equipment; repairs or modifies as needed.

• Plans required maintenance, repairs, or modifications to plumbing, assigns appropriate staff to required tasks.

• Analyzes work orders to identify and prioritize needed repairs and maintenance; evaluates systems to identify causes of problems.

• Determines parts, materials, and other related supplies necessary for repairs, maintenance, or modifications; orders or otherwise obtains needed supplies.

• Provides direction and assistance in the diagnosis and reporting of plumbing systems.

• Coordinates work among Plumbing team and other trades, departments, project managers, or outside contractors.

• Monitors all work performed and assists as needed to complete complicated jobs or train staff on methods and procedures.

• Ensures that installations and repairs are performed and completed in accordance with all federal, state, and local codes.

• Works with suppliers and obtains cost estimates for repairs, replacements, and installation of plumbing equipment; oversees and evaluates work performance.

• Collaborates with customers or other appropriate staff to project the cost of future repairs and equipment needs to assist with budget process.

• Maintains records of preventive maintenance performed on all major plumbing equipment.

• Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications : - 5 years of Commercial Plumbing service experience.

• High School Diploma or greater.

• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

• Must have strong skillset in commercial Plumbing products, installation, and mechanical understanding.

• Experience in contract negotiation.
