We also provide 10 days of PTO after 3 years of employment. In addition, we offer up to $4,000 in bonuses in the first year and part of your relocation expenses.

A Day in the Life of a Commercial Plumbing Operations Manager

The Commercial Plumbing Operations Manager position is responsible for making sure that technicians are fully trained to company standards. The Commercial Plumbing Operations Manager supervises all technicians in company policies and procedures.

The Commercial Plumbing OM assures that personnel are following OSHA safety standards and team members are safety conscious. They are a leader and a motivator for the technicians and must be willing to lead by example. The Commercial Plumbing OM is responsible for reporting procedures and paperwork.

They protect the company's assets by daily monitoring of trucks, tools and inventory. The Commercial Plumbing OM works with the other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects. First-year projections for the Commercial Plumbing OM is field time up to 75% and in office 25% of the time. They assist other team members as needed on the job site to ensure all obligations are met.

What you Need to be Qualified for the Commercial Plumbing Operations Manager Position

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the commercial plumbing industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

  • Basic computer skills and digital dispatch and invoicing

  • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
