Randstad is currently recruiting for a local company and this may be the opportunity that you are looking for Our client is seeking candidates who possess team player characteristics with a qualifying background in Commercial Plumbing maintenance, service, repair, diagnostics, and installations. Selected candidate must: Understand how to correctly diagnose and troubleshoot or install commercial Plumbing Systems Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage expectations, communicate, and to provide and document complete repair or replacement needs Must be able to climb ladders, work in attics, and work in crawl spaces and able/fit to lift heavy objects when needed.

Must be physically able to endure prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending Must be able to lift /carry up to 50lbs, climb a ladder and safely perform rigging to move needed equipment Must be able to ensure that the final work product meets quality standards Must be able to track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work area Must be a self-starter and work well with limited supervision salary: $39,000 - $50,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities candidate will be doing plumbing remodel on a commercial building The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time Skills Commercial Plumbing (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level:
