Summary ️

Join our dynamic team in Stockholm as a Commercial Solutions Engineer and play a crucial role in building, maintaining and enhancing our Commercial tech stack. You'll support key functions like Sales, Customer Success, Credit Operations, Financial Crime, and Marketing by developing and managing integrations, automations, and CMS functionalities, as well as maintaining our HubSpot environment.

This role requires a development mindset with focus on commercial enablement and operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Maintain and continually develop our Hubspot environment.

  • Work with key stakeholders to implement features and new functionality within the technology stack.

  • Develop and maintain custom integrations between Hubspot and other services.

  • Create and develop business critical reporting capabilities.

  • Work with members of the team to create a total customer overview within existing tools.

  • Develop and implement custom Hubspot applications.

  • Create and maintain custom Hubspot UI extensions with React.

Qualifications

What we need to see

  • 5 years of experience working with Hubspot as an administrator and developer. Specifically experience in creating custom Hubspot applications and custom UI extensions.

  • Extensive experience working with creating custom integrations between services, using system available API's.

  • Great prioritization skills with the ability to execute requirements from several business stakeholders, while maintaining a holistic approach to the CRM.

  • Positive attitude and ability to "roll up their sleeves", handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Deep understanding of tooling used by cloud startups and scale-ups, including HubSpot, Sales Automation, Data Enrichment, BI, and Customer Data Management.

What we'd love to see

  • Experience administrating applications such as: Intercom, Gong, Aircall, and Retool.

  • Commercial sales and customer support experience, or experience supporting these teams, pipelines, and workflows through technology.

  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience working with marketing campaigns and nurturing.
