Commercial Operations Pricing Analyst will be responsible for entering and monitoring pricing and fees in the US region and serve to as backup to the Costa Rica office. This position is part of the Global Commercial Operations team. The role is primarily systems based, closely with the sales and dispatch functions for implementation of pricing policies and projects. The basic function is that the system has the correct information, so customers have the correct cost, price and fees for quoting and invoice accuracy.

Additionally, this position will be providing support to the Sales organization with special handled accounts for all activities related with the invoicing process as listed below, or additional as needed, to meet customers' contract requirements:

  • Generate daily report to identify all invoices created by location.

  • Request supporting documentation for each invoice such as fuel ticket or price notification when requested.

  • Submit invoice and fuel ticket timely to customer for processing.

  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Work closely with credit department to maintain aging report current.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 1-3 years of experience in the Aviation industry preferred

  • Associates degree or higher

  • Knowledge of Jet Fuel market and prices a plus

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and most databases

  • Must have solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Oracle is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills needed both written and verbal

  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced worldwide team environment

This supply process requires managing variables such as lead-times, inventory policies, inventories on hand or in transit but also requires direct communication with suppliers, preparation of replenishment forecast, preparation and analysis of KPI's, order processing, documentation review and submission and preparation of various reports that will enable control of the operation. This position will require a self-motivated and well-organized person that can cooperate cross-functionally with Sales & Operations, Suppliers, Sales Controlling and internal customers to secure replenishment processes for our business unit, control inventory levels, guarantee documentation accuracy and on time deliver. Data for KPI's will need to be gathered, analyzed and action plans developed. KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review the documentation from all sourcing locations to guarantee accuracy in the Shipper, Consignee and Notify party boxes as well as payment terms, quantities, descriptions and other details; communicate with factories, warehouses, carrier and any other party in order to find resolution to documentation issues. * Separate the documents received from foreign sourcing locations and distribute them with internal and external stakeholders. * Cooperate with Sales Operations, Product Line Managers, Finance Controlling and other teams in the daily operations. * Gather data and prepare KPI analysis for the operation such as DIS, Slow Movers, No Movers, others * Ensure documentation accuracy and on time delivery. * Generate invoices in the ERP system for all customers (foreign and domestic); submit to external or internal customers as needed. * Provide shipping status reports to our customers. * Support the team within the Supply group. * Contribute to development of new IT solutions. * Develop existing processes to maximize organization efficiency * Maintain good relationship with suppliers REPORTING: * Reporting will be to the Supply Chain Manager POSITION REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Professional qualification with 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or university degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience. * Experience managing various systems and applications such as MS Office, AS400, SAP, JDE, COMPETENCIES NEEDED: * Proactive.
