Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) is seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to help develop and manage commercial marketing/messaging strategies, campaigns and communications programs to increase demand and revenue. This role works closely with experts across the organization to drive customer engagement and growth.

  • Works collaboratively with product, market, commercial, medical, education and customer experts to translate business objectives and strategies into cohesive, multi-channel commercial marketing campaigns that drive demand generation/growth, launch new products, and support the brand

  • Tracks marketing campaign performance and informs stakeholders in structured KPI/visual management reviews; oversees problem-solving countermeasure activity if/when goals are not met

  • Supports new and existing marketing materials as needed, including content creation, photography, internal reviews, regulatory review/compliance, KPI development and internal communications

  • Ensures proper voice and tone on all customer communications and platforms in line with corporate brand standards and works to understand and improve customer experiences along with business outcomes

  • Drives continuous improvement for commercial marketing campaigns and programs through measurement, experimentation and optimization

  • Champions proper regulatory review and compliance of copy and claims for all customer-facing/influencing materials

  • BA degree or higher in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Advertising/Communications or related field

  • 5+ Years' experience in commercial/digital marketing preferred

  • Demonstrated experience developing/managing marketing messaging/positioning strategies and campaigns from planning through build to results tracking/reporting and post-launch iteration/testing

  • Working understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels

  • Good project coordination skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in healthcare marketing helpful (but not required)

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, managing & driving the IFEC Marketing activity for the region. The job holder is in charge of promoting Thales IFEC offer to the airlines of the region which encompasses the passenger experience, airlines operations tools including new solutions and updates. The job holder plays a critical role in creating customer intimacy through engagement strategies and marketing activities; and provide support to the regional team. Key Responsibilities: * Contributes to regional strategy through diagnosis of IFE positioning in the region and definition of the vision and implementation plan * Supports sales in the mapping of the market opportunities * Supports sales team in qualifying each opportunity in terms of solution offering, competitive advantage, key success factors and go to market * Develop regional portion of annual marketing plan * Works with Marketing and PLM to identify market, product and service requirements * Works with regional customers to identify current and future needs of customers spotting the gaps in portfolio and feedback to Product Policy team. * Gathers competitive analysis to be shared with Product Policy Teams * Maintains a marketing activity calendar to develop customer intimacy and promote IFE solutions in the region * Communicates developments, innovation, new solutions to product portfolio to the sales teams * Presents and promotes IFE solution portfolio, product strategy, vision and roadmap to existing and potential customers * Organizes marketing and innovation workshops * Supports major trade shows and regional events * Supports communication with the regional market in collaboration with Communication Team * Develops regional product collateral (presentation, demos, videos, white papers) in collaboration with PLM and Marketing * Develops and manages relationships with customers, partners suppliers and potential technology and service providers Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience in marketing and /or sales * 5 years' experience, ideally in the aerospace sector involving B2B marketing and/or sales * Understanding of aerospace market, knowledge of competition across passenger experience domain * Strong presentation skills and building impactful presentations * Interpersonal skills to influence airline executives, internal stakeholders * Analytical skills and attention to detail * Business Acumen * Experience in defining and communicating value propositions which is compelling to the customer * Experience in developing promotional material for complex systems for tradeshows, customer materials * Advanced user MS office suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other digital tools * Up to 40% travel required Preferred Skills and Experience: * MBA * Command of multiple languages reflecting the region Are you ready to be part a part of something big?
