Commercial Loan Risk Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform various tasks to assist in the management of commercial loan credit risk through the monitoring of collateral and borrower's adherence to various agreed upon credit terms and conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Monitor compliance with credit terms, conditions, and adherence to lending guidelines established by the Bank. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Monitoring compliance with credit terms governing borrower financial statement provisions, borrowing base information, and financial covenants.

• Processing construction loan draws in accordance with the Bank's construction loan guidelines.

• Maintaining files to support advances on construction loans and loans governed by a borrowing base.

• Reviewing borrowing base and floor plan audits for compliance with loan terms.

• Inputting and managing information within the Baker Hill system.

Prepare reports for distribution to Senior Management. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Borrowing Base Compliance Report

• Regulation O - Borrowing and Deposit Reports

• Loan Policy Exception Report

Special projects

• Coordination and/or completion of special projects as directed by the Chief Lending Officer, Senior Loan & Credit Administration Officer, or Commercial Credit Administration Manager.

Other duties as assigned.

• Perform other duties in support of the activities of the Commercial Credit and Commercial Loan departments.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

Over 3-5 years experience in Loan Processing or related field.

Employees are to adhere to all applicable regulatory compliance and personnel policies in the fulfillment of the specific duties of the position including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Compliance, Information Security, and Code of Ethics. Employees are required to complete all online compliance and regulatory courses.

SALARY GRADE: 33
