Commercial Loan Processor

The Commercial Loan Operations Analyst -is responsible for obtaining knowledge to process all Commercial Loan Applications, which include Commercial Real Estate, C & I and Small Business Loans/ Lines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify and review all loan information in the Loan Origination System

• Set up, book and maintain loan accounts and CIF records in the core system

• Participate in system testing for new implementation or software update releases

• Prepare required closing disclosures and other closing documents.

• Ensure that loan packages are complete, and documentation is correctly prepared within the required timelines.

• Work with Co-workers, Closing Attorneys, Lending Staff and Borrowers to coordinate closings and assure loans are closed on a timely basis.

• Assist Officers, branch personnel and customers as necessary

• Process advances, extensions, increases, recasts, subordinations, and modifications

• Maintain collateral for loan portfolio and record new mortgages when necessary

Requirements:

High School Diploma required, college degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education

Minimum 5 years of prior related experience processing commercial loan products.

Working knowledge of regulatory requirements from application to closing

Working knowledge of core banking and loan origination systems

Notary Public a plus

Ability to define problems and propose solutions

Effective oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions

Ability to effectively manage time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within establish timeframes

Proficiency in MicroSoft Office, Power Point

Experienced with LaserPro, Credit Quest and Fiserv DNA preferred

Estimated Salary: $62,800 - $70,000/annually
