Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation is looking to add a talented Commercial Loan Processor/Closer to our team in Phoenix, Az. This role supports both Phoenix and Salt Lake City markets. The position plays an integral role in our loan origination team by managing the loan transaction process from loan application to close. Responsibilities of the loan processor/closer include:
Work with clients in completing loan applications.
Prepare loan application packages for submission to borrowers and lenders
Coordinate loan requirements with third party vendors, attorneys, and escrow companies.
Maintain detailed checklists for each transaction files
Provide instructions & requests to title/escrow, third party vendors, borrowers & broker agents.
Preferred 2 + years of commercial real estate experience related to loan transactions.
Escrow or title experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communicates in a professional and courteous manner in person, over the phone, and via written correspondence.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise independent judgement and analysis.
