Job Description Job Description Lead Generator/Junior Loan Broker Complete Job Description Bellevue Capital Group is looking to add a motivated & ambitious Lead Generator/Junior Loan Officer to its existing team of successful Commercial Loan Brokers. In this role, candidates are responsible for several main tasks, which include but are not limited to: connecting with prospective clients via phone & email, setting appointments, pipeline building and following up with financing requests.

Key Responsibilities · Connect with prospective clients via outbound phone calls, email and referrals · Self starter and motivated to actively prospect · Overcome rejections and take pride in pushing through challenges · Provide clear communication and accurately gather information · Utilize internal POS & CRM systems to accurately document conversations · Perform detailed follow-up activities via phone, email & in-person · Maintain a positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn Essential Skills · Prior experience in sales or brokerage preferred but not required · Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections and understand concerns · Effective time management skills and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team · Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment with professionalism & accuracy · Strong attention to detail · Must have own phone What to Expect · Warm leads · Proven intro script and detailed conversation starters · Quality training and POS systems · Professional and motivating environment · Ability to expand and grow within the company · 1099 Employment with option to purchase insurance · Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 4:30pm Compensation $2,500 base plus commission. Annual commission depending on length of employment is $80,000 to $500,000 with uncapped potential.
