The Commercial Loan Closer will be responsible to deliver loan on-boarding to a broad range of Commercial customers, varying from simple to highly complex loan structures, with a particular emphasis on delivering operational excellence.

  • Contribute ideas, innovations and insights based on operational and customer needs that will enable improvement of overall business unit performance.

  • Possess strong customer service attitudes and values.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with RM's and PM's across the business s that these contribute to both the effective operation of Commercial Lending onboarding.

  • Seize opportunities that enhance performance and the customer experience.

  • Ensure compliance with department SLA's, policy and procedure.

  • Support efforts in streamlining operations and improve customer service.

  • Support process improvement activity and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Identify and escalate risk where appropriate.

  • Comply with Bank procedures as documented.

  • Provide assistance to all colleagues and/or customers regarding processes.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers.

  • Identify opportunities that add value to the business objectives and enhance the customer experience

VIEW JOBS 12/4/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-04T00:00 Position Purpose: This position is designed to develop Team Members to the point where they can answer phones, dispatch, and provide quality service on the counter, as well as learn key sales/operational and management duties for the purpose of advancing their positon within the company. The primary responsibility is to deliver and pick up auto parts from suppliers and customers, putting stock away and keeping the store warehouse clean & organized. Time will be allocated as needed to allow the TM to learn the various responsibilities. Position Responsibilities: * Deliver and pick up automotive parts, cores and returns from customers in a safe and prompt manner * Perform daily maintenance checks on all store vehicles and report any problems to store manager * Maintain vehicle cleanliness removing all personal belongings at the end of the shift * Responsible to collect money on COD invoices from sale of parts * Complete any forms or documents regarding parts deliveries and money collections * Receive, log and unload products into the warehouse from AI delivery trucks, UPS or other carriers in a safe, efficient and accurate manner * Counts and checks merchandise against inventory list - advises management of any shortages or overages * Clean counter and work area, sweep/vacuum floor, clean bathrooms and remove trash when necessary * Counter answer phones, make outbound sales calls, on occasion may visit customer for the purpose of delivery, collection and relationship building * Store transfers they must also be pulled and neatly placed in the assigned transfer table (these transactions should be treated with the same attention as a customer sale) * Operational vendor pool, receiving POs, cycle counts and other duties as needed * Daily vehicle inspection verify all drivers are utilizing the pre-checklist before beginning deliveries each day, and all vehicles are free of any new damages, scratches or dents that were not previously reported * Registration and Insurance cards need to be verified in every vehicle and current * Perform other duties as assigned Education: * High School Diploma, GED, or some equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge and Experience: * Previous experience as a driver (1-2 years) preferably at AI * Previous work experience in a customer service or delivery environment preferred but not required * Must be at least 21 years old, licensed for at least 3 years; and have an acceptable driving record * Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds * Previous customer service experience highly preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must have a positive and helpful demeanor * Ability to speak and write English a plus Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
