Job Description Job Description LHH Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal support and administrative duties, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be a HYBRID role with 3 days onsite after first 60 days. Responsibilities: Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys. Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

Perform administrative duties, including scheduling hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics. Maintain and update pleadings and discovery indexes. Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.

File pleadings with court clerks (State and Federal). Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits and supporting other tasks as needed. Attend trials, coordinate between trial teams and internal/external third parties, and provide administrative support. Requirements: 1-2 years of paralegal experience.

Bachelor’s degree. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage time-sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment. Self-sufficient and able to work independently.

Flexibility to work overtime regularly as needed, including evenings and weekends.
