Kelley Kronenberg, a forward-thinking and client-centric law firm, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Attorney at an Associate Attorney or Practice Partner level to join our Commercial Services department in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This critical role demands a strategic and diligent legal professional who can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic team. The candidate will handle complex cases in commercial litigation, transactions, and mergers & acquisitions, serving a diverse range of middle-market clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in all phases of commercial litigation, including trial participation.
Conduct and oversee commercial transactions and secured transactions.
Manage full life-cycle of merger and acquisition processes.
Advise on business formation, governance, and general corporate counsel.
Develop and retain client relationships through effective client development strategies.
Negotiate settlements with a keen sense of tactical advantage.
Provide C-suite and general counsel advisory services.
Ensure meticulous legal research, writing, and analysis.
Core Skills:
Proven experience in full life-cycle litigation with trial exposure.
Ability to draft and review complex documents for commercial transactions and M&A's.
Strong understanding of corporate formation and governance for diverse business models.
Exceptional client relationship and strong communication skills.
Familiarity with law firm automation tools for document handling, case management, billing, and client management.
Time and budget management proficiency.
Legal research and writing excellence.
Effective client account development and retention capabilities.
Required Education and Experience:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
Minimum of three years of experience in commercial law, focusing on litigation, transactions, and M&A.
Excellent academic and professional credentials.
