The role involves working on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, real estate matters, and malpractice cases.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, providing legal advice and representation to a diverse client base. This is an onsite position that requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Responsibilities: Provide legal representation in commercial litigation matters including, but not limited to, business disputes, real estate litigation, and malpractice cases.

Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses. Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies. Participate in all aspects of trial preparation and execution, including witness preparation, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials. Stay abreast of current laws, recent case law, and industry trends in commercial litigation to provide the most effective counsel and representation. Participate in business development activities to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on business disputes, real estate litigation, and/or malpractice cases. Admitted to practice law in Florida Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, including trial experience.

Proficient in legal research and writing. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
