Our client, a reputable mid-size firm known for its supportive and collaborative environment, seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate attorney to join their dynamic team. This firm is celebrated for being a "lifestyle firm," balancing a respected practice and sophisticated matters with a supportive atmosphere.  Hours generally range from 1850-1900 for most attorneys within this firm.

About the Role:

This role involves working on complex litigation cases, representing a diverse array of clients, including financial institutions, manufacturers, franchisors, hospitals, and medical practices. Many cases involve business competition, intellectual property, employment disputes, and banking, mortgagor, and franchise litigation, as well as handling restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in high-stakes commercial litigation
• Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Engage in extensive legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing discovery
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and negotiations

The successful Attorney should possess:

• 4-8 years of solid experience in commercial litigation
• Big Law experience preferred
• Admitted to practice in the State of Georgia
• Strong academics required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $225,000 - $300,000 DOE
